Exchanges

At Speed Addict Cycles your satisfaction is our number one priority. As such we always accept exchanges on product that is unused and in original packaging. No restocking fee is charged on exchanges, however you will be responsible for shipping costs.

In order to make an exchange you will need to contact us and obtain an RMA number via email: customerservice@speedaddictcycles.com or telephone: 1-866-573-2820. In order to obtain an RMA for an exchange you must contact us within 60 days of your purchase date.

Returns

All items returned for a refund will be assessed a 5% restocking in addition to our cost in shipping an item in the case of Free Shipping offers. In order to make a return you will need to contact us and obtain an RMA number via email: customerservice@speedaddictcycles.com or telephone: 1-866-573-2820. In order obtain an RMA for a return you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

Rules on Exchanges and Returns

All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unused, in original packaging, with all instructions and literature. Any items that have been or appear to be worn or used, or are missing any of the above items will be refused.

RMA numbers are required for all exchanges and returns. Any item that arrives without a RMA number will be refused. You have 30 days from your purchase date to request an RMA for a return and 60 days for an exchange. RMA numbers are good for 10 days after being issued.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all shipping costs associated with any exchange or return. The only exception to this rule is if the exchange is due a mistake on the part of Speed Addict Cycles.

Speed Addict Cycles is not responsible if the item being exchanged or returned is lost or damaged during shipping. Any item that arrives damaged becomes the property of the customer and you may be charged for return shipping. As such we recommend taking care when packaging your item and purchasing shipping insurance. Never ship an item back in the manufacture’s packaging, always use an over-box.

How long until my order ships?

We know you want your gear ASAP so we work hard to ship all domestic orders within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed before 2pm Pacific Time during a business day it's likely to ship the same day. If you order is place after 2pm PT you can expect it to ship the very next business day. If your situation is urgent we recommend placing the order over the phone at 1-866-573-2820. We ship Monday - Friday with the exception of holidays taken by us or our carriers.

Shipping Services

In addition to ground, we offer a variety of express and flat rate shipping options. These options and rates are dependent on your location and the product being ordered. For details please add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Express shipping types do not include fulfillment time. For fufillment times please see "How long until my order ships?" (e.g. If you're placing an order at 4pm PT on Monday and need it by Wednesday than you should select Next Day Air, not 2nd Day). Shipping insurance is optional and maybe purchased during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless shipping insurance is purchased.

International Shipping

When shipping internationally we use United States Postal Service. If your order is under $100 it will be shipped via USPS Priority Air Mail for delivery in 8-10 with a confirmation number. If your order is $100 or more than it will be shipped via USPS Express Air Mail for delivery in 5-8 days with a tracking number. Shipping insurance is optional an may be purchased during check out. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless shipping insurance is purchased.
International shipping fees do not include any taxes or customs duties. These types of taxes are different for every country thus please check with your local authority for details.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Our system will not accept a P.O. Box as a valid shipping address. If you do not have a physical address to ship to please contact us via telephone so that we can make accommodations: 1-866-573-2820.

Tracking Number and Order Status

Upon placing an order all new customers will receive a customer login account . Shortly after summiting your order look for a confirmation email with your login (this is usually the email address you provided us with) and your password. Thereafter you will be able to login to your account via our website and check your order status. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
